• The Digital Lab is under no obligation to refund any fees or charges paid, either fully or partially, under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Change in the program start date

  • Extension or modification of program duration

  • Your inability to attend or participate in the program

  • Changes in program structure, curriculum, or content

• In exceptional cases where a refund is granted, the amount may be provided either as a cash refund or as a credit (usable towards other programs of The Digital Lab of equivalent value), at the sole discretion of The Digital Lab.
